Belmont House is Managed by Simon and his small team of helpers.
On check-in days, Simon will make contact with you in person where possible or, by telephone. He will check that everything meets your requirements and that you have everything you need.
You will be provided with a list of contact numbers in the event of a query or problem and Simon will also make contact with you before departure. He will check that your stay met and, hopefully, exceeded your expectations and, happily receive any feedback you may like to give to help us improve our service.
If you are celebrating a special occasion and require additional flowers on arrival or, perhaps would like to arrange some other surprise, please contact Simon to discuss one week prior to arrival. He will do all he can to accommodate your request.
