Belmont House is Managed by Simon and his small team of helpers.
On check-in days, Simon will make contact with you, in person where possible, or by telephone. He will check that everything meets your requirements and that you have everything that you need.
You will be provided with a list of contact numbers in the event of a query or problem and Simon will also make contact with you before departure. He will check that your stay met and hopefully exceeded your expectations and will happily receive any feedback you may like to give, to help us improve our service.
If you are celebrating a special occasion and require additional flowers on arrival, or perhaps would like to arrange some other surprise, please contact Simon to discuss one week prior to arrival. He will do all that he can to accommodate your request.
