Belmont House is Managed by Nicky and her small team of helpers.
On check-in days, Nicky will make contact with you, in person where possible, or by telephone. She will check that everything meets your requirements and that you have everything that you need.
You will be provided with a list of contact numbers in the event of a query or problem and Nicky will also make contact with you before departure. She will check that your stay met and hopefully exceeded your expectations and will happily receive any feedback you may like to give, to help us improve our service.
If you are celebrating a special occasion and require additional flowers on arrival, or perhaps would like to arrange some other surprise, please contact Nicky to discuss one week prior to arrival. She will do all that she can to accommodate your request.
